For example, Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) Services are provided by a team of qualified professionals and often require 2-3 weekly sessions for maximum effectiveness. There may be times when you are asked to take certain actions outside of the Counseling sessions, such as reading a relevant book or keeping records to track certain behaviors. It is important process what has been discussed and integrate it into your life between sessions. For therapy to be most effective you must be an active participant, both during and between the sessions. People seeking psychotherapy are willing to take responsibility for their actions, work towards self-change and create greater awareness in their lives.
It is well established that the long-term solution to mental and emotional problems and the pain they cause cannot be solved solely by medication. Instead of just treating the symptom, therapy addresses the cause of our distress and the behavior patterns that curb our progress. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Counseling services are FREE for clients with Medicaid coverage.
All other insurance holders, please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
$69 per 60-minute session
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.
Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which the agency is required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, we must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
If a client intends to harm himself or herself, we will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety.
If they do not cooperate, we will take further measures without their permission that are provided by law in order to ensure their safety.
